Appointments

If you would like to use your insurance and have me bill your insurance company for payment, please make sure you have a written prescription for Massage Therapy from your medical doctor. Also, please print and fill out all necessary forms on our Patient Forms tab and bring them to your first appointment. If you are unable to do this from your home computer, please let me know and I will have the paperwork ready for you at your first appointment.

Tuesday: 9AM-6:30PM
Wednesday: 9AM-6:30PM
Thursday: 9AM-6:30PM
Friday: 9AM-6:30PM
